Jose and his team member did an excellent job on re-installing 4 bifold doors, shaving two larger doors and reinstalling, and repairing the facial on the exterior of the home. Jose was punctual, professional, fair pricing, and did great work. We look forward to working with him and his team to install exterior shutters, replacing three windows, and additional work.

Jose and his crew did a fantastic job painting our exterior house and painting/repairing our deck. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They repaired all the wood rot, and went over and above on repairs that we didn't even know we needed. The quote was very fair, I received daily communication, and all the workers were very professional. Jose and his crew took amazing care of us and our home. We had some trim and fascia repairs that were needed as well as a small roof repair and gutters and Genesis orchestrated and completed all of the work for us. We could not be more pleased with the work and have already recommended Genesis to friends, and have more interior painting we want to schedule with them.

We were very happy with Jose and his crew! They had a pretty extensive job to do with our deck as it had been neglected by previous owners. They did a significant amount of construction (replacing rotten boards) and re-fortification of the deck, Which took three days of hard work. They were very good at communicating about when we could schedule the staining of the deck (as weather delayed us a couple times). They did a very good job with the stain and everything looks very good, including the color matching our screened in porch section. I definitely recommend them, as they had been recommended to us.

Awesome job by Genesis Contracting. They power washed a few days ahead of time and then sanded it and we chose our own color from Sherwin-Williams. They gave us a fair quote and did an exceptional job. We would definitely use them again. All the men were friendly and did a great job.
